Well I suppose I was more saying that what makes it a wet market is that the floor is constantly wet. It is wet due to the floor being hosed down during the day to keep it clean and also a lot of the meat and fish are washed which causes water to end up on the floor too. Most other markets have the meat and fish stored in refridgerators.

“It seems that every corner you turn someone is talking about food or eating food.” Love countries like this, and even more, I really like when people just roam around and feel free to try things. But, I haven’t understood the first part – it is wet market because they wash it and everything is fresh; so, what do other markets look like?

Cheeky Monkey was on my list this weekend of places I had wanted to stop into (must be the name!), but when we drove past, it was packed!! So we just cruised on past… maybe another time!
